ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- We process the order within 48 hours after you place the order.
- Shipping&Processing takes 7-15 days for all US and Canada orders.
- Shipping&Processing takes 8-18 days for all Australia and UK orders.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship goods to United States, Canada, Australia and UK Currently.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:
US and Canada: Regular shipping takes $4.95, if customer order over $100, he will get the free shipping.
Australia & UK: Regular shipping takes $4.95.
ORDER CANCELLATION & SHIPPING FEE
If you want to cancel your order, send us an email within 24 hours and we will cancel the order for you. If you cancel after our package shipped, you need to wait until the order gets received and returned to our warehouse. We will cover the shipping fee incurred during cancellation.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase at The Optical Shop. However, if you want to return the glasses, we are here to help.
- If you don’t like the glasses or made a mistake ordering, you can apply for 50% return to Paypal account.
- If you receive broken glasses, malfunctioning glasses or glasses broken during shipping process, contact us at [email protected] for RA number within 30 days of you receiving the product. We will help you as soon as possible.
- We normally process refund within 2-3 days. You will receive the refund at your original account after 5-7 business days after we approve the refund.
